How a pilot runs

Start with one queue. Prove it on your own calls.

Pilots run in order. Nothing goes in front of a customer until you have listened to it handle real calls.

Four steps

Nothing in front of a customer until you have heard it.

01

Pick one call type

Usually the one that fills your queue: balance checks, appointment booking, outage reports. Together we define what SIMA may and may not do on that call.

02

Build on your recordings

We tune recognition on your real call audio, load your knowledge base, connect the one or two systems the call needs, and record the brand voice.

03

Run in shadow

SIMA listens to live calls and drafts what it would have said. Your team reviews transcripts. We fix what is wrong before anyone hears it.

04

Go live, one route at a time

After hours first, then overflow, then the full queue. You watch the outcomes and the handoff rate. You decide when to widen it.

Getting in touch

Four things to have ready for the first conversation.

There is no form here yet. The company mailbox is being set up; until then the team is reached through the founders directly, and the more of this you have ready, the more concrete the first reply can be.
